I am so tired of prospective tenants.
"Our last house was 3000 sq feet and had 5 bedrooms. This 1 bedroom will be so much nicer."
I am such a sucker for a sad story, but now so many have lost jobs and homes that the stories are just getting worse and my heart can't take the sadness.
Anyway this is how the place looked before the new tenant arrived.
I hope she is happy here.
